‘Compote’ is French for ‘mixture’, which doesn’t really do justice to this. Soft and yielding chunks of real organic rhubarb and strawberry are fantastic with our Greek yogurt, or our whipped double cream for an instant fool.

Summer Fruits Compote
Summer in a pot: organic strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants and cherries, all juicy and sweet.
